2. What data we collect
When you place an order or fill in the contact form, we collect:
- Name and surname
- E-mail address
- Phone number (if given)
- Delivery address (for orders)
- Content of your message
3. Purposes of processing

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary:

- Invoicing documents: 10 years (legal obligation)
- Marketing consent: until the consent is withdrawn

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access: know what data we process about you
- Rectification: ask for incorrect data to be corrected
- Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted (the "right to be forgotten")
- Restriction: restrict the processing of your data
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw a given consent at any time

6. Cookies
Our site uses cookies to make the e-shop work properly (essential cookies) and, only with your consent, to analyse traffic and measure the effectiveness of advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads). You give or refuse consent in the bar shown on your first visit and can change it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer. Consent is valid for 6 months. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
7. Recipients of data
We do not sell your data to third parties. We share it only with the processors necessary to run the e-shop:
- Payment gateway provider (Stripe): payment processing
- Carriers: order delivery
- European Commission (VIES system): checking the VAT numbers of companies from other EU countries
- Web hosting provider: running the server
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Ads): traffic analysis and advertising measurement, only with your cookie consent
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic:
